MATTHEW

Managing Director

Having worked in the UK and Asia, Matthew has held key roles in HR and Organisational Development and Talent for global organisations including Ford, Credit Suisse, Barclays, DBS and, more recently, UBS AG where he was Group Head of Talent and Performance. 

With roles that have had both local and global remits, Matthew has a deep understanding of international and diverse working environments, as well as multi-sector expertise, having worked across Financial Services, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Education and Technology. 

He has BA in Business and Human Resource Management and an MSc in Business Psychologyas well as being a qualified and registered psychometric test administrator and user for occupational ability and personality assessments. 

Matthew has been a Visiting Lecturer and Module Leader at the University of Hertfordshire’s Business School, covering: Strategic ManagementBusiness and Commercial AwarenessCross-Cultural ManagementHuman Resource ManagementLeadership and Organisation and Change Management. 

He was also a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Collaborative Academies Trust – a Multi-Academy Trust with schools across Essex, Somerset and Northamptonshire. 

MARZENNA 

Client Solutions Manager

Marzenna’s expertise is in the field of leadership development, which includes supporting business decision makers around their talent management strategies and succession pipelines. She’s also a specialist in psychometric testing and innovation through the creation of bespoke client solutions.  

For over a decade, Marzenna has had a global focus working with individuals and organisations across Africa, Australia, the Middle East and Europe. She also has extensive experience in both public and private sectors, including Financial Services, Technology and HR.  

Marzenna has a BA Honours in Psychology and is a member of the British Psychology Society. She is also a qualified and registered Psychometric Test User (Occupational Ability and Personality Assessments).  

Additionally, she is a seasoned coach, facilitator and writer, having published her first book in 2016 and has developed formal education material for the South African market.  

EMMA

Business Operations Manager

Emma has extensive experience working in administrative and project management roles across office management, HR and finance, predominantly within the charity and education sectors. 

For over a decade, Emma was a Senior Project Editor at global publishing house, Pearsonwhere she worked on many high-profile trade and professional publications alongside leading self-development authors such as Richard Templar, James Borg and Michael Heppell.  

Aside from her family, Emma’s other passion is her horse, Tabor. An experienced rider, Emma is enjoying learning the basics of dressage and hacking out in her spare time.
