Paul Jenkins: Executive Coach

Paul Jenkins is an executive coach who works with Blackmore Four clients to facilitate the CliftonStrengths tool.  This strengths-based assessment tool focuses on natural patterns of thinking, feeling and behaving to improve personal and collective self-awareness.


Following an extensive HR career working with executives in financial services and technology for over 20 years, Paul set up his own coaching and leadership practice helping business leaders take action towards personal and group excellence, creating the opportunity to take good to great.

Paul works with business leaders to help them successfully navigate career development and transition, creating the space needed to increase self-awareness and align talents and strengths to business outcomes.  Paul supports executives in their role and engages with their teams to overcome specific challenges, including performance, communication, conflict or engagement.

Paul’s practical business and leadership experience combined with academic qualification and accreditation, and use of proven coaching methodologies mean that he is able to create relevant and reliable changes in business leader performance.  Paul is an accredited Gallup Executive Coach, has an MA in Human Resource Management and is a Chartered Fellow of the FCIPD.
